Spider Vein Treatments

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is another option for spider veins or broken blood vessels. The veins are injected with a solution that causes the veins to disappear or become much smaller. Complete correction is not expected on the first treatment. In most cases, 2-3 treatments are necessary.

Sclerotherapy is a microinjection technique in which a concentrated saline solution is injected into the undesired tiny blood vessels using an extremely small needle.
